Sultanas

Sultanas come from a seedless yellow grape. Sultanas have a unique colour and are especially noted for their sweet taste.

Shamrock Sultanas come from the southern region of Turkey, where the warm climate and bright sun help to grow the grapes which give us our Sultanas. As well as a great baking ingredient, Shamrock Sultanas can be a great snack, or, if you are adventurous, used to make wine!
