Pearl Rice

Also known as Sushi Rice, Shamrock Pearl Rice is a short grained rice which is soft, sticky and has a glossy sheen when cooked. It is a lot finer than pudding rice, which means it is used in different recipes.

Our pearl rice has no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. It is a perfect to serve with dessert tarts and can be eaten with fruit at breakfast time.
