Jumbo Raisins
The same as Shamrock Raisins, except bigger! Shamrock Jumbo Raisins are sundried for a number of weeks, producing their shrivelled appearance and dark colour. They are harvested from grapes which have been grown for longer to make them bigger.
They are also moister than other dark raisins, meaning they are perfect for buns and muffins.
