Dark Muscavado Sugar

Shamrock Dark Muscovado Sugar contains natural molasses which gives it its rich, dark, deep brown colour, sticky texture, treacle like flavour and aroma.

This unrefined natural sugar is simply produced on the tropical island of Mauritius with the aim of locking in and not refining out the natural molasses of the cane sugar. This is why is contains so much more flavour and natural colour.
